Recurso de súplica interpuesto en contra del auto que rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad de la referencia.
La providencia recurrida se fundamentó en el hecho de que las normas acusadas de la Ley 436 de 1998 se encuentran amparadas por la cosa juzgada constitucional absoluta, habida cuenta que en la Sentencia C-493/98 la Corte llevó a cabo el control previo, automático, integral y definitivo de constitucionalidad del Convenio 162 sobre la utilización de asbesto en condiciones de seguridad.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación decide confirmar en su integridad el auto cuestionado.

- CONFIRMAR en su integridad el Auto del once (11) de septiembre de dos mil diecisiete (2017), proferido por el Magistrado Sustanciador Luis Guillermo Guerrero Perez, mediante el cual se rechazo la demanda de inconstitucionalidad interpuesta por los ciudadanos Juan David Mesa Ramirez y Camilo Araque Blanco.
- SEGUNDO. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte, comuniquese el contenido de esta decision a la demandante, indicandole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decision, archivese el expediente.
